Free Shipping on Orders Over £50.
Orders placed before midnight on Thursday 20 December will be dispatched on Friday 21 December for pre-Christmas delivery.
Orders placed after midday on 24 December will be processed on 28 December.

If a faulty item is delivered to you; if it is not as you anticipated; or, if it is no longer required please contact us within 21 days to arrange for the return. The item must be returned within 30 days. If a return is being made because the item is not as anticipated or it is no longer required it must be returned in a saleable condition and in its original packaging.
If an item develops a fault at any time please contact us to discuss. Items without non-stick coating carry a lifetime guarantee and we will either replace or refund according to the customers’ requirements once the faulty good has been returned.

We will email you a pre-paid returns slip which you will need to secure to the parcel. The parcel should be dropped off at a post office.
