WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our website, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
We store all of the details securely within our own systems.
When you place an order with us online we may also send a feedback request email even if you have not opted-in to receive email marketing. We do this so that we can improve our service to you.
With your permission, we will send you occasional emails keeping you informed about new items, collaborations, competitions and special offers.
WHEN DO YOU GIVE CONSENT?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we infer that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If you contact customer services we will keep data which refers to the query. We have a legal obligation to keep data referring to queries for six years after which time it will be deleted from our database.

You have the right to ask us what information we hold about you. You have the right to ask for your data to be deleted or corrected. You have the right to stop receiving marketing from us.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some personal data is passed to third parties in order for them to fulfil services for us, but they can only use this data to fulfil those services. Those third parties cannot pass your data on, use it to fulfil services for other companies, or use it for their own interests. Examples of third parties we may use include couriers (for delivery of your goods) and marketing platforms (such as mailchimp through which we send newsletters).

SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

PAYPAL AND IZETTLE

Klarna
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
